Haha soon as I saw the thread title I knew what it was going to be about.. I was actually kinda hoping it was a HH where you played A4 thinking it was AA..

Yes A4 and AA are really similar in ongame network expecially when multitabling with HUD partially covering your cards.

have the same problem with Q9 and QQ Tongue

In a multitable session once (screen is 14" Blink i got A4 i saw it of course as AA went all in
with it preflop, turned to the other tables to continue playing.
Then i turn back to see what happened with the all in and im out.
I pulled up history, see a caller with QQ winning the hand and wondered wth
has happened.

Then i took a closer look at my hand.... lol

Since then i make sure its AA Smile

I've made that mistake once or twice myself. What I hate most of all, is multi-tabling and accidentally folding mid PP in mid/late position when it's unopened Tongue

I already played against many who used the same strategy for both hands. Once i had Ak and did normal raise pre-flop and only one guy called me. Flop come Axx. I went all-in, he had less chips than me, he thought a bit, than he called me, showed A7 and river gave him a 7 (not A4 but dumbness is the same). If you’re talking about looking at the hand and confusing A4 with AA, perhaps you should be playing with bigger Windows/tables, don’t reduce them so much. I usually have problems in distinguish clubs from spades because of that. Tongue

Played someone last night who went all in and then I followed with AA...... you can imagine the words that came from his word bubble when he turned over A4 and lost! What a gutting feeling! 100% total concentartion is the saver of the day!!
