It certainly looks like its true and they are talking in days rather than weeks to reopen FTP and repay / make available money! It will take longer in US! (90 days)

this is true...check out fulltilt site and its planning to reopoen 90days after the deal is completed...but have some countries that are restricted and they are also working on players account that can transfer from FT to PS vice versa..
