just play smart and try to double up early and then take play tight and choose your hands wisely. it's a freeroll and a lot of players are going to donk out eventually.

wow only 100 players in a 75 euro freerolli bet even 0.75 euros would get over a 1000 players on stars...really shows that smaller rooms are a better place to start building bankroll from scratch...any tips? dunno- maybe this: try to win try to play lots of hands at start when blinds are small, when you hit anything from set or better shove and hope for some donk to call

Since you are saying it happens often, try to change the style of your play. Its a 75$ freeroll, so most of the players if not all are more loose on their game and calls But since you are doing good on cash games dont complain

Are you moving away too early or is it already in a middle level? If it’s too early, that means you are playing too lose at the begining. Although you see many players at your table going all-in, try to keep aside from that action, and only go there when you actualy feel you can win, which means, only with extremely good hands. After that phase, you should get a bit tighter, try to play with your position, be patiente, don’t go on other’s games, keep strict to your own game and your strategy.
