I have not received my affiliate points that i cashed out,which supposed to be in my partypoker account in 48hrs, i sent them a message and that was their reply!!
"Please note in regard to affiliate promotions, we cannot provide any details as to why you haven't received your bonus. Therefore you should contact your affiliate and consult with them. They are the ones who can advise you further on this matter".
Any idea?....thanks guys in advance...have a great day!

Its with no doubt the site with the slowest cash outs in BRM. You will get your points there, but its gona take a while for sure. Give it a couple of weeks and your patience will be rewarded

I always used Moneybookers, but if PP is also available around here, it's because BRM and BB had made an agreement for that to be possible, and PP also have its interests on things to run well. But, since the operation is all done in the BRM site, you only should have contacted BRM because of this, not PP. You can't see the points anymore because they hide that, so you can't count on them, they are in use for the operation you requested. But if, somehow, the operation isn't done, you will get your points again. We are still in August, which means (this start to seem an old excuse, but it's just the pure truth) some BRM personnel are still on vacations, and things tend to work slower.

Yeah, it took me around a week and a day or 2 before I got my money on party poker too. Just be patient. I know it says 48 hours, but also realise that the majority of BRM'S "staff" is on holidays atm so that may cause delays as well.
