...but not quite.

20fpp buy in, finished 15th out out of 2921 for a measly $4.75. Not much of a payout but still it tells me I'm doing something right and hopefully it's just a matter of time.

Just think ...

all the small wins are helping to build up a bankroll. I started with 5 euro on terminal poker and now have 85 euros.
Just by playing the freerolls they offer (everyday 75 euro (10 raked hands needed a day) and a 400 euro freeroll on sunday (100 raked hands a week needed)

just by playing these freerolls and using my bankroll to get the raked hands at the lowest level 0.02-0.05 , my bankroll is rising

Grats to you. Its always nice to beat such a big player field and running deep, even though the payout is not that huge.
Maybe next time you will make the Final Table.

@thefly: At what time do these freerolls start ? (CET time)

Nice one, that's exactly how I made my roll. Well, I say roll I actually mean about 40 euros. It's got to be one of the easiest freerolls out there.

@MIGO14 I've not played there for some time but they used to be played on the hour.

Pretty good result considering the large numbers of players that registered for that tournament...

Still it really depends on what limits do you usually play, for many a 5 dollars payout for so many hours of play in not rentable at all.

a payout is a payout no matter how big or small so well done there, yes you must be doing something right because 15th out of 2921 is really hard so keep it going. Thumbs Up

the freerolls have changed.

at weekdays 20.15 (75 euro freeroll , 10 raked hands needed 24 h before)
top 20 in payout, about 100 to 150 players with several sitouts

at Sundays at 20.15 : 400 euro freeroll (100 raked hands needed in week before)
about 400 players

the other freerolls (i think 4 a day) are of 5/10 euro (no raked hands needed) but with about 50 players and not very profitable

But as it is a fast poker play , after 1 hour playing you reach the payout

Find reading strategy, improve your game. I also had good tournaments with low buy-in, but then when I had to demonstrate major tournaments variance not helpful, but I think I played well.
I hope to have another chance later and to strengthen my bench.

Greetings!
