Why it should be from those two specific countries? The amount of money you need to invest is the amount that you can afford to lose without jumping out of a balcony

I would choose Holland if i was you and wanted to do this, if it isnt much of a difference on the money, for the obvious reasons that a after a session good or bad, its legal to relax in a cafe

I should imagine that playing poker in a casino in either of those countries is not too different from most others but I have never been to either so I may be wrong.
Min buy-in and stakes usually varies between casinos. Some busy casinos will have a lot of options but in my experience it often varies between times and nights of the week. So do some research. It's not hard to check a casino website for what they offer. Maybe phone them and ask them which night is their busiest and what stakes they offer.
Whatever the min buy-in is for a cash game, you should be thinking about what stack you like to have. I like to buy-in at 50bb but in most casinos that's quite a short stack.
I would recommend checking out tournaments. They last longer and you can make more of your night. If a good night out is the idea then a tournament is a good way to ensure a decent game and you don't have to worry about turning up and finding you haven't budgeted enough. You can always take extra money for a cash game for afterwards.
Have fun. Live poker is a completely different animal.

Probably you missed my point there. He asked the opinion from persons living in those two countries, and i asked why he limited there, while he was talking about minimum money he should be buying in.

Mober you are wrong he didnt ask for the opinion from people from them countries..he said "Are there any PLAYERS that have already played live poker in Belgium or Holland."
he was asking in general had anyone played in specific countries..so anyone visiting said countries and played in a casino there is safe to answer him...lol
ive only played live poker in UK, ireland and greece
but goodluck when you do go..imo i believe it to be better to play live as you can get a rea on players which is alot harder to do online.
