nice play....it was very clear that player 2 did not have the 9hearts..if he had it he would have bet bigger so nice play there....

If you have no information from this players, it is an option that a small bet can be have value with the nuts. But, off course, a standard 2/3 pot bet is the better way. And yes, you can be sure that he don´t have the 9h from his game style.
When I saw min raise on river had to do it
