Happen to me many time also. Don't worry, everyone ever got it, I am sure. just indicate time to break from poker. Take a rest totally for few days and you will come with better result. just try and good luck after rest

There are days that go that way, but I don't think I can say I didn't even win a hand, but had days that seemed like it or may as well not have won a hand. It will change so good luck!

Every poker player has an "off day" where everything goes wrong EVEN if you play your A-game. I do agree that a break can do no harm : some players can't handle the bad beats and start to change their game because they think they made a bad move.
S**t happens they say, so you have to accept the bad days. I once lost a hand w Quad Aces on the river. Sad enough it wasn't a bad beat jackpot table

I can understand you. I have the same run. Every hand aou have is beaten by a better one. AA vs. KK. And he gets four of a kind Kings. This s... I also lost about 30$ today, and in the last time it was also really bad. In total I lost about 150$. Hope it gets better
Ahh the downswing I hate when this happens I normally Switch games or take a break. Come back with a clear mind and try again in a few hours. Just don't tilt and lose.
