Afraid not. Personal contact details are banned. I think it's to stop spamming and competing referral links, as it's not possible for admin to censor personal msgs. The easiest way to contact another member is via the forum.
Although you might get around it by facebook or twitter, as I know some members do contact each that way through a mutual contact with BRM. But I'm not sure it's allowed to suggest this so for the record I'm not.

You can send a message to someone in particular through the forum, although everyone will be able to see it. If it's something like "Jovickral, let's play HU today, everyone feel free to come and see the match at 21p.m." there won't be any problem, but if you want to try to know the person, perhaps you better go for Facebook and look for BRM's friends and then you can try to contact the mobster after becoming his friend.
