When I signed up to Galapoker by Bankrollmob, if I'm quite remembering well, the offer was $10 no deposit bonus, $90 bonus to clear and an entry to a $500 freeroll. Is this correct? I thought the $500 freeroll is the new depositors freeroll, so I logged in today (5.9.2012) to register for this. Unfortunately I can't register for this $500 freeroll. Maybe I'm mistaken. You have to read again what's in the offer. I went for that bonus a few weeks and i don't remeber of getting a ticket to a freeroll, but the best for you to do is to go to the offers page here at BRM and read what you signed up for. Sorry not giving you the link but i am kind in a hurry writing this. By the way, welcome to the forum, keep giving us your opinion!

Never heard something about a freeroll unfortuntely but as you said yourself in your post it might be a offer for those that also want to deposit there

At Galapoker are Zero Freerolls...the only one that offers no louzy Freeroll. I Think u talk about the First Deposit Freeroll, that has run yesterrday--but u had to make a depsoit by yourself to get 200% Bonus and Tokken for following month. There were 60players yesterday. The Freeroll is hold every month only for First Depositors.. Deposit on Monday at Betfred and get 2 Weekly Depositors Freerols..Deposit on Mansion Poker between Fr-We u got 2 tokkens.. every week- there are better offers everywhere, but more players.
hm..got non deposit by sign in over bankrollmob at galapoker. On Monday i make my first deposit, cause i wanna cash out my winning. But on Thursday my Account is frozen. i try to contakt online Support by web side and pokerclient, seems Funktion works only if u are logged in. First Time i saw this on ipoker, normally u can contakt Support without login ,on their Homepage-. However they will ask for Username und email adress even if u are in or out..but there is no change to chat without login. 24h Support, but not reachable...lool.
I tried to find contakt and find a email adress: [email protected] I wnte some emails with my username,nickname, include details of my deposit, and a copy of my passport..nothing happend. ACCOUNT is Fronzen..contakt Support..lool, dont say how ?
From what you told my guess is that they blocked your account considering you wanted to make your first cashout. Now they probably want to send them a copy of your ID and a utility bill
