Have to agree with Macubaas. I also have a moneybokkers account in US$ and all my poker accounts as well. There is absolute no fee for transferring money from and to the poker rooms and depending on the room the transaction only takes minutes (PS and Party).

If you dont have any currency conversion the Moneybookers should be a good solution and Neteller too. Sometimes depending on country and bank they charge some silly fees making it not worth using them as a method. If you are going to use a bank for transfers first ask them what they are charging for such a transaction
