if i have got it right someone calls the river if you go all in he loses and shuts his internet real quick in offline and you are left whit shet
because i did not get the chips like in the hand history but i had only 1700 chips

It's called Disconnection Protection, it can easily be abused.. It's really odd that DP is active for a tournament; that's really unfair.
Usually DP is restricted to cash games, all sites handle it a bit different. I've never seen it in play for a MTT before, that sucks balls. I wouldn't play there any more if I were you.
------------ Just re-reading your hand history.. That doesn't make any sense actually play 'lillaego81' was already allin BEFORE he disconnected, so DP shouldn't be in affect at all.. I would complain to the site, that's b******t.
EDIT: sorry, lillaego81 wans't allin, you were - but same difference. There was already no more betting before he disconnected.. That rule makes no sense, that is total b******t, definitely complain and if nothing is done leave the site.

Wow, this is really crazy. Never ever thought about this Disconnection Protection in this way and never saw it before. Because of the fact I have a good and stable internet I nearly never have recognized it in my own play (I guess maybe one time at a cash table at Party). Was this guy back in the tournament after this hand ???

Do you have the hand history for the next hand so we can see exactly how many chips you had. I do not understand why you would have 1700 if you started with 1500. Disconnection protection should be there to stop you from timing out and folding the best hand (if it should be used in mtt as I'm not sure about that) but it can't void the hand altogether, so assuming his last call was invalid you should have got the chips bet up to the turn. There's no logic in what you say happened.
I think you have a duty to complain. Otherwise this bug in the system will continue and next time it could be in a really important hand. It's clearly unfair and the situation has not been accounted for when they came up with the rules/programing. You are called all-in and there is no more betting so DP should be auto turned off before the hand finishes. Please complain.

If everything happened the way you said it did, then you need to contact support and clear things up, as to what happened and why. Get some screenshots from your hand history to back you up.

he could have 1700 from blinds.but how do u know they moved him to another table instead of actually puting him out?
this is a mad hand if it happened but it states that you got the chips and from past times DP has been used with me if connection lost he just gets chips he had invested he sits frozen out but his hand is still live..if he wins he gets what ever but your hand plays..but that doesnt seemed to have happened...I would defo have a complaint lodged

MAn that is fucked up.
Never seen anything like it on a poker site. The fact he wasn't all-in is the only reason I can think that some wierd Unibet thing handed him the chips when he disconnected.
He had double your stack so wasn't all-in clearly, but the fact you had the winning hand just makes no sense - they maybe have a disconnect protect whereby if they shove they can't lose money but even in that case you'd get your half of the chips back.

Frankly i'm a bit surprised to find out about this on a tournament...
From my experience i know that disconnect protection is available only on cash games for obvious reasons but never heard about DP on a tournament so far

Some softwares are hard to get a history off, kinda of annoying since this is one of the most basic things if you want to be serious with poker. The ability to see your hand history and analyze your game.
If you cant find it ask support to tell you where is located.
Maybe if you right click on the program icon and click on detination folder can be there somewhere

i am waiting 2 days now for a response they did not send me the hand history like they promissed
i have made 2 phone calls and i have send 3 or 4 mails about this subjest no response from unibet
it seems they needed time to prepare a false hand history and the one who ho did it has got to go
back to school i know what i have seen and what i had after that pot you can say what ever you
want but i am never going to make a deposit there and i am going to hand this history over to the
KSA the dutch authorities at least i will send them it by email what ever they will do whit it i dont
care anymore but this is realy a schock for me do you realy think i would come up with a story like this
everyone would say you are a donkey retard liar or did you need some attention whatever you
may think about this for me its game over at unibet
------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Sorry guys for the mess above its not that clear what i want to explain so this is my last try
watch YDdraiGoch his totalis 1460 my chips where 3150 they say what is not threu (real is 1700)
so if i lose against someone whit 1460 3150- 1460= 1690 and then there is one other guy in the pot
where i win 160 chips from so 1690+160 = 1850 so tell me how is it possible that it says 1610 betting money returnd
i am confused about this it looks like i am a f****ng id**t but i know what they have done or try to do
good luck over there you will need it
