I did chat with customer service myself two days ago and the answear was to talk with BankrollMob and quit pushing at that point.Decide to wait a few days to end the promotion period and come back later.Good news.Good luck in the step programm to St Marteen

Perhaps it was better to contact the brm support for help. It´s probably a missunderstand from the live support employee. I´m sure, that the mob support can help you.

i contacted them the other day as well but the advisor i was on with knew exactly what i was talking about and referred to the ad by posting it in the chat, but he says it will take a day or so to show..also cant register in any of the new player freerolls and he says it can take a few weeks for that..
tourneys on there seem good though, ive cashed in 3 out of 4 games already 1 i missed because i was playing live.lol..in one of them out of 2800 odd i came 3rd got 4.50 euro and 2.20 ticket
hopefully i will recieve my ticket in time for the tourneys i have waited over 2 days now for my ticket and still haven't recieved it. ill keep an eye on my unibet account to see if i get it here soon.

Still waitin g here too though did mail them tonight before I came on here and not surprised (but disappointed) we are all still waiting. On the positive side, just cashed in on Unibet, got a $2.20 ticket for 6th ......guttted cos had to take a business call while on the final table and it just blasted by. Good site overall i think.
