I played some PLO a few days ago and I was dealt the hand AAAA and as you might understand, me being pretty new to the game was a bit confused about I was going to play that hand. I did win the hand with two pair but that's not the point.
So to the point then... How would you play that hand? I really don't think I'll be dealt that hand any time soon again but I would still really much like to know what your opinion on this is! As I said, I don't really have that much experience when it comes to PLO.
1 pair hands are almost never good in PLO and your hand cannot improve to anything. Im surprised that your 1 pair hand won when the board was paired. you gotlucky but yeah, 11/10 times this is a fold

It would have been a normal play and an immediate fold to a big raise preflop Not much of chances there. I have dealt twice such hand, one with 8's and the other with 10's I called bb with 8's but folded at once the 10's in a big preflop raise

I don't play alot of PLO, but have been dealt this same hand and was impressed with the appearance, but that's about all it was. Don't get me wrong the right flop, turn, river cards makes it a winning hand. i actually won the hand myself, but only due to the rainbow spiratic mix of cards. It's sad that the only thing a hand like that is worth is the pair of A's. It shuts one out of any straight or flush when playing Omaha and also makes it difficult to fold if the table cards aren't a rainbow mix.

AAAA is defo a fold...I mean what can u make with it really... u can make a pair or a fullhouse in the best case, but it's a fold... AAAx it depends, it's a fold if there are raises b4 u, but can play it from SB...

4 aces sucks on PLO, sure you got the best hand preflop , but it's IMPOSSIBLE to play it postflop. If there's a pair you might feel comfie. But a pair can also be tricky, if the guy just happens to sit on that card which gives you 0 percents chance to win. NEVER! PLAY! THAT! HAND
4 aces sure looks nice but that all its good for in omaha, as everyone alrighty stated that is a folding hand theres no possabilitys of much to do with 4 aces your almost drawing dead.

Many players that start playing PLO are pretty confused when they get such a hand actually but it's an Instant Fold!
Basically your final hand will be a pair of aces no matter what cards are hitting the flop and you can't make a set, a straight, a flush or a full house either...
You also need to fold hands that have three cards of the same sort, they are minus EV to play.

it depends on how many players are up against you in a hand- if you are up against single opponent then it's a playable hand- you have top pair, can improve to two pairs or full house+ as always you can bluff, especially if you are in position. i think in the end a good player can play any cards/ and a bad player can lose with any cards

full house somthing full of aces is possible
but still fold. unless im at the table then bet max

You can play this hand, depends on costs and positionYour pair of aces can not improve to set or straight,but can hit a fullhouse,best hand possible or two pairs,but is risky,can face a tree of the kind,or worst four of a kind. Good luck

On a table with 9 players if you made full house of xxx-AA you can lose against the quads :-?? neve play 3 of a kind on hand on PLO... you can play for flop A A A 2 on PLO HI/LOW

AAAA is a fold to a raise, AAAx is ok in PLO H/L (especially if the x is between 2 and 5 and is suited with one of your aces ) but if no ace is suited with your x it's a fold to a raise in PLO Hi.
