It is really simple but I like the way it looks, and the number of BRM related banners is awesome! The letters in white with the black behind isn’t the most pleasant way of reading, so when having contents to read with are long, thing about, at least, giving the option to change the colour of the text, or find a way so the text can appear in another way.

Just A Thing I Have. Lol I Read Somewhere That Its a Format That Draws The Eyes To The Next Word Halfway Though The Word Previous.Making It A Smoother Read.
Besides,I Happen To Prefer This Format. Some Smaller Case Letters Just Bother Me.. Might Be A Form Of O.C.D Oh Well..
P.S: All Caps Is Meant To Put Emphasis On That Particular Word

I think it's a decent effort so far. Keep working on it and it might turn into something good!
My thoughts: 1. Lose the capital letter of each and every word, that's just annoying in my opinion. 2. Try to find a better color scheme, that white text with the black background is a little bit to hard to read without having to stop at some points to re-read it. If you think you need another color background, then see if there is any other banner that might work instead of that black one you have right now. 3. I don't really like having the menu buttons in the upper right corner. I prefer having them either centered or in a column on the left hand side.
Of course a lot of people may not agree with what I'm saying but hey, I'm no expert web developer or anything. I'm just a normal man playing around on Dreamweaver when I have nothing better to do like playing poker or reading the BRM forums or both at the same time
