Does anyone here (well I know a few) play at Carbon and whenever you go to deposit you have trouble. It seem's like every couple of weeks or whenever I deposit after a few weeks or month I get error after eror. They always send e-mails stating they're working on the problem, but ever since they went through their software upgrade it's been an issue.

had the same problem for last deposit and withdraws at Carbon, there was always an error message: "....an error occured..."
service couldnt find the real reason, bt i dedected a way to resolve the problem for me
i changed only for the (before) transactions my usually web browser Internet explorer into Gogle chrome or Firefox
then the deposit and the withdraws gone through without any errors or probs
in my case this simple "trick" helped, may be in your case , too

I'll try this because I do not know what is happening all of a sudden. This used to never be an issue. Now it's happened the past 5 or 6 times when I go to deposit. Never had any issues withdrawing because I've always requested this by check. of course it's only been a couple times for a mere $150 and $300. Might as well left it there! lol
