Hey all. i think i finally have my enthusiasm back to grind the mtt's. if you dont know me i won a canny chunk of money a couple of months back by winning a weekly guaranteed tourny on mansion poker. i withdrew most of it and bought a new car then from then on i just couldnt be arsed to play (bit weird i know) i must of played about 6or7 $1 mtt's since then and got nowhere due to my impatience. but yesterday was different, i felt good before i signed up. i took it seriously and played well. i ended up finishing second from having a 3-1 chip lead coz the guy got real lucky in two hands lol.
anyway $110 for second and my enthusiasm, for the game, back. so i was very happy. hopefully my game is back now and i can get another big score
thanks for reading all and good luck on and off the felts

Yea, we remember that win of yours, it was a nice one. Good thing is that you withdrew the money and bought yourself a car Nice return with the second place finish. Just have faith in yourself, be lucky, and you might update your profile again with another photo from winnings

That's great! It does matter how you feel before playing. I noticed that if I'm irritable and got other things on my mind I play with less patience and to aggressive. I believe sitting down and feeling relaxed before playing a game of poker or anything that takes a thought process or some skill effects the results.
I noticed I hadn't seen any posts for quite some time once you brought this up so hope things improve and hey, enjoy that car.

glad you're back on the tables dude! probably the most important this here is that you have the will to play- enthusiasm is one of the most important things which separate players of similar skill level. and it seems that your skills are great too- results already sound sweet- keep them up! waiting for updates
