Hi ya. Did you get a free ticket on your birthday aswell? If not, take it as read that they have got your birthday wrong - probably something to do with those damn yanks putting things the wrong way round. Let the admin man know and all should be cushty.

I don't see what your problem is. You've got a free tiicket ! As you only have one anniversary a year you only get 1 ticket. Unless your mother took 2 days to put you on this world

I actually think it's a formatting issue since the difference between the way we all write the date. In Europe I believe it has the Day/Month/Year and in other countries such as U.S. it's Month/Day/Year. Not saying this is the problem, just an uneducated guess.

Probably you were high during registration Its the date format which sites use and its different from on to another. I always take a good look to see whta they have first DD or MM. BTW here we are used in this format DD-MM-YYYY
