i've just won a $50 freeroll on h..o poker. it was a horse one and i really like playing those as i like mixing it up a bit. it gives me a break from the monotony of nlhe, not that i don't like playing nlhe it's just nice to have a wee break now and again. anyway 2055 entrants and lucky me won it for a grand total of $13.50,not a lot i know but it bumps up the old bankroll and gives me a few more buy-ins,just thought i'd share my little bit of luck with you all.

Did that start at 1:00 pm and is also on Carbon? Just curious because I like to play in the Freeroll myself. always enjoy mixing it up, but NLH can get you on that due to the blinds are up by round 2.
Anyway congratulations on a good game because I know how hard it is to make it through the donk round besides the competition of the various games are a challenge.
Also, like that they changed the payout on their freerolls to. Used to alot of satellite tickets in which I've placed in the top 5 a couple times, but never 1st so again

aye i think it did green,it started at 6 pm british time so i think that's 1 pm usa. i played at hero but i think the carbon players are in it as well, aye early doors it's full of raise raise with nothing donks, you have just got to dodge them as they usually get lucky. i'm glad that they give you the money now instead of tickets as you are not restricted to where you spend the money as you are with the tickets. thanks green and gl at the tables. (might see you again soon)
Congrats man. That's a pretty good achievement looking at player pool. Prize ain't much but i guess it'll come in handy. More important is the feeling of winning in such a big player pool. That keeps you going knowing you can at least beat donks no matter how many of them apply Cheers wish you gl at tables and to continue your streak.

That’s a really nice vctory you got there teddybears73. Don’t minimize the prize, after all it was a freeroll and, although most of your opponents were only casuals, just like you, that doesn’t mean it’s easier to win it. I usually also play a horse freeroll every time I am at the right schedule in my resting time in front of the pc, but I never got that far, but it’s nice action and it really feels good to play another way than the usual nlhe.

I do not like to play freerorls, because in freerols all players like to go all-in with trash hands and to make hero calls.I thing, that win freeroll is a small achievement, because there all depends on luck, not on skill.
