Yes, there is a limit... 5 per day. And post in different subforums give you different amount of points. 5 or 10. Also, if you review site, you can get even a 25 points!

Hi Predator, I am a little confused about your question but I will try and help. If you are an affiliate you can earn mob points by referring new players to BRM. Obviously you do not need to post your referral link here as we are already members.
You are right that most forums will not allow those links. BRM does not allow referral links in the forum and doesn't encourage you to spam other forums. The best way to spread your link is probably through your own web page or non-poker blog site but try not to spam people who wouldn't be interested. You can also sign up friends and family and spread the word through social networks. I'm sorry if I haven't answered your question.
