I am so frustrated with all the other little issues and loose ends that were not resolved fairly, In my opinion players should be refunded every cent deposited, then lost at full tilt poker , considering they really did not have the real money in the first place, it was basically ''ME'' depositing thinking I may have a chance at winning some $, But of course usally lost everything! ......BUT on the other hand FULLTILT ....HEHEHEHEHE even if you won, you were only playing with ciber play chips.SO WTF i want all the MONEY back I deposited on tilt because i thought it was REAL MONEY....makes sense to me any body else? let me know I may have a lawsuit on my hands lol

I luckily never deposited there so didn't lose nothing. But your argument is completely flawed. It's not like nobody ever withdrew from there just because you didn't. I'm sure some withdrew 100's of thousands if not millions. Plus its not like they never had money. It's that it got to a point where the business model was no longer maintainable.

------------ Yeah your right, I wish you were wrong deep down tho
------------ p.s WHAT ABOUT WHEN I WAS DEPOSITING AND LOSING MY MONEY WHEN FULLTILT REALLY DID NOT HAVE THE PLAYERS FUNDS SECURED...... SADAMMAN, It's not like nobody ever withdrew from there just because you didn't , I'' Cardshare'' UNDERSTAND BUT THEY WITHDREW WHEN FT HAD THE FUNDS WHAT ABOUT WHEN I DEPOSITED AND LOST DURING THE TIME FT NEVER HAD THE MONEY SECURED? rittle me that sadamman......not so flawed in my opinion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!by the way ft never had my funds secured when i finished 2nd in the daily dollar and won 1k therefore if i tried to cash out i would not have got anything!!!!!

PMSL !!
That makes literally NO sense. Especially since now full player balances are being made available.
------------ Especially since your deposits weren't lost to FTP; they were lost to other players. What you're talking about just screws over winnings players to benefit losing players. But even that is a loose fitting description, mostly what you're talking about just doesn't make any sense.

I get what you're saying, but you're waaaaaay to over-simplifying it. Plus what you're saying is completely null anyway, since as I already pointed out; full player balances are being made available, next month even.

How do you know that though? As far as I know they never said, "yeah we've got no money but feel free to deposit and pretend you can withdraw when you win."
The only people who know who truly got fucked is FT, PS, and the government, all of which are getting way more than 1k to make sure the full details don't get out. That's how the world works. It's s**t, I know, but until you accept in life that you are well and truly fucked because of the government and evil corporations, and there's nothing you can do. The better.

Why should you be reimbursed for your gambling losses? You're implying that you were 'freerolled' (i.e; you could only lose as there was 'no money available'). But that simply isn't the case; if you didn't lose your deposits you either could have withdrawn you balance before black friday, or otherwise now once FTP reopens it cashiers in November.
You were never freerolled - you simply gambled away your money and now you're just frustrated and clutching to some desperate straws. You lost your money fair and square, deal with it.
Or to put it another way - say you were a winner (not a LOSER) - how would you feel now if you were told all your winnings weren't been made available, but were instead being refunded back to the people you won it from?

I amire you Jess. Where you find power to argue with people who make this stupid treads? He was donkey, lost his money and now he thinks that he should be refunded because Fulltilt had financial issues... I wouldnt be able to even try to explain him how stupid is that...

I withdrew from FullTilt many times.... every one was honoured. People are getting very confused about what it was they were doing wrong....
It was the equivalent of a bank spending all their customers money, hoping that they'd never want to take it all out at the same time... It was exactly the same as what Bernard Maydoff was doing.... he got caught because recession hit, and everyone wanted their money back.... FullTilt got caught because US players got banned, and all wanted their money at the same time.
What they did was incredibly devious and immoral, but there is no question they 'cheated' anyone out of money.

Interestingly, that is EXACTLY how real banks operate.

Posted by cardshare: HEY WANNA TRY AND GET EVERY BODY TO WITHDRAW ALLL THERE MONEY FROM THE BANK, JUST TO WATCH ALL THE CONFUSION,
You got it! Because of black friday they had to pay to huge amount of customers in same time. I bet you that if 60% of customers in any bank clear theirs accounts you would have Full Tilt in bank sector.

Almost forgot to say, there is huge diference between those two. Bank can do that. I believe in EU only 30% of money that bank gives in loans and stuff need to be own funds. Full tilt had no need to spend customers money.
