Nice final hand, being leading, Kogovšek must have felt a bit of fresh air on his spine with that flop (straight draw for his opponent) but then everything went on his side and he really got the pot and the tourney. After finishing, it’s easy to say that he deserved it because he already had the lead when the final table begun, but this can’t mean that others played bad. After all, the final hand was AK against A8 with all-in pre-flop and a victory for A8, how bad can that be?

Can that be called a bad beat ? Anyway, when you won 60K from only 1K i think is awesome, i wonder why they don't deal for $50.000 each and play for rest of ~$3k ...

Well done Kogovšek, he is the 2nd wpt Slovenian champion.The first was travnik last year in wpt Slovenia in Portorož. How i hear in slovenian poker forums he win buy in on satelit on party poker.
