Not sure about a record but I think I've read of cashout taking up to 2 weeks.

you say 8 day's but you can't count weekend's, only business day's , so it's actually only been 5 day's, we see this same complaint all the time, then the complaining stop's because the money arrives. So just wait, it will be there soon enough.

You need to have a little patience and you will get it.

A friend apply for bonus on 2nd october... almost 3 weeks Big Smile you must contact Jerry... he will say you... "Sorry for late but you will get your bonus next week" ... 3 times... so all you have to do is WAITING... anyway, i hope you will get your bonus... and enjoy it... wish you luck and waiting for updates Smile

Im not sure what the ecord is but woldnt it be cool if there was a prize for the gastest and slowest cashout every month!!!! Wouldnt that make it more interesting and give everyone a little something else to chat about while waiting for their cashout!!!!!

We have read about similar situations in the recent past, it still may have related with that conference in Barcelona to where some BRM members went. That reduced the availble working members, which may have delayed things a bit. What's important is that your subject isn't forgotten, it's just under a big pile of work to do. No, dont worry about not getting them at all.
They must be extremely busy.
Be sure when you send an email to keep the reference number for future correspondence.
And btw, spamming the email never works for getting answers faster Smile
