at most sites you can disable the chat or disable a certain player from your chat, so you won't be boughtered,,(hope i spelled this correct)..
besides that you can call for an administrator is someone is violating the chatrules..
this person will be warned,,and will get a penalty by excluded from chat for certain amount of days..and for those who don't learn a total ban is also possible..
So always feel free too contact administrator...they will help you out in cases of verbal abbuse.

if you are serious about playing poker then you should have the chat off. In some cases it gets real disturbing and can distract you so much, that you lose the control of the game. Unless you can handle it, turn it off

ir's bothered uhcallmi, aye, there are times when some person has been quite nasty in their comments to other players that i have actually told them so,then turned their chat off. there's really no need for a lot of the bad mouthing that goes on.

I think he was using a translator and it couldn't translate certain words? Perhaps because the words were slang words or a have minor dialectal difference
