Hello, after i recive the bonus on Partypoker and i lose it a friend had to give me $ 150 but he can't withdraw from partypoker, he decide to transfer on my account, so I went to the bank, I deposited $ 10 and we made transfer playing 1 vs 1 at a empty table and generating some $ rake, all good until today, 48 hours after withdrawal distance i found my account blocked and no mail from them: | I gave them mail asking them what happened, now waiting for response.

No doubt they will investigate for collusion there. Besides that, verification in Party Poker is pretty normal. Just wish its just a simple verification. You shouldnt have played together after the transfer. That made things complicated

we shouldn't played together... because he left 20$ and he bet ... but moderator from partypoker tell me my account was blocked.. and money goes to partypoker... i wonder if they can do what i ask them... i ask them to give my 150$ to new york people for huricane sandy... 150$ for me is a lot, for any person could be nothing... but for american people 150$ from each poker player can be much, water and food for them

Oh dear!! It sounds like you have been caught out colluding even though it was only between yourelves on heads up but then there is the rake issue so it may be that you will get done in some kind of way and maybe lose your money....will be interesting to see the outcome.

Hmmm...why didn't he send you the money with moneybookers or something like that and then you could've deposited in partypoker and even get some deposit bonus? (oh just found out he couldn't withdraw)
However, even though your account got blocked and your transfer was probably against the rules, I dont think you did anything really bad so I hope you'll get the money Cheers!

You have to be careful about doing things which will label you as colluding with another player, and it looks like they detected you. My wife and I both play on 888, and one time we accidentally payed to play a 20 person SNG (while sitting together!), and on the first play of the tournament we realized what had happened and we both immediately closed down and didn't play on 888 again that day. We are more careful now to tell each other what SNG we are playing so that we don't waste money, and more importantly don't get our accounts locked.

All cash outs must first be approved by internal review team and if approved it takes 2-4 working days the money to arive.Since your account is blocked you can kiss good bye your career at Party Poker(and bwin also)Next time ask a wise guy how to steal.

actually this isn't collusion, it's actually dumping money to another player, and on all poker sites this is against the rules, they will block all accounts involved , and you will have to send proper ID. for each account. I did the same thing at 888, with my wife, they thought I opened both accounts. so good luck
