High Stakes: Ilari Sahamies's Back In The Red

After working himself up to a $1.25 million profit for 2012 in just about 1,5 week's time, he dropped close to $900k last Friday and was showing a $25k total loss for 2012 on Saturday. Now you might think that Sahamies played bad and tilted away his money, but the truth is that he played very well. It almost seemed like the poker[...]   Read more » High Stakes: Ilari Sahamies's Back In The Red

I even thought he had been playing higher amounts, but it looks that it was just the table cards not giving him what he needed, or giving others the only thing that could ruin his game. Sometimes it's just like this. There's no point in trying to find out what have we done wrong, the problem's on the game itself, that gives a lot of opportunities for more than one thing to happen in each hand.

So... what can we say? The PokerStars is really really rigged... You can't do nothing when you got that card, and the Magic PokerStars River® is what it is Smile

Yeah, Indo, you're being a bit sarcastic, we can all talk bad about poker pros, but taking in consideration we keep playing the game online and involving money on it, this can only mean we all would like to reach those values that pros are used to deal with, even if it was just one time. And i bet you agree with me on this, even if you play it for fun, you also have requested bonus at BRM, so your intention was to make money from zero with the starting help of the bonus. Sometimes it goes well, others don't.

I have to say that i saw what he played lately and there were some huge bad beats, i personally saw a over 300k pot on which he had the best hand on flop and eventually lost the hand after going all in...

Still, he should have stopped when he saw that his entire profit is done. Maybe we will see him on ftp.

Is it just me that feels sick when I see the stakes these players play at.

Lets face it, its not real money, its just paper money being passed around from player to player.
