Just curious if any of the Mobsters have seen any U.S. players on FullTilt playing real money games? Also, is RUSH poker on the site and all of the software, avatars and freerolls that they used to have? Please tell me some good news! I'm needing a FullTilt Fix bad. I feel like a kid waiting to hear about the next big concert or something that's coming to town.

OK - I don't actually know as my FTP account is actually banned (long story): But I doubt any people from the USA playing on FTP would actually show as from 'USA' - they'd be using Proxies/VPNs to disguise their location.

Damn, I'm so jealous I'm about ready to take off to Canada and stay in a damn Hotel for about a week where there's computer access and do something crazy like find a permanent address and job. I know things will change here in the U.S., but what the Fk is wrong with this country anymore. I don't want to offend anyone, but we're bevoming more like a dictatorship. I mean there's actually Mayors in some cities that are defining what people can eat and drink in public. I can't spend my money on wwhat I want without the govy sticking their nose in it. I don't care what anyone thinks, but Obama is a dumb ass who has taken this country to a different level then ever before and it's not for the best. I could go on, but really all I want to do is play poker at FullTilt. So I'm crying like a baby back bitch!

With all due respect, but Obama wasn't president when they brought in the UIGEA and his opponent in the election today actually takes a harder line on gambling and would ensure that the rules are tightened as opposed to slackened off.
If Obama loses today you can wave goodbye to poker for a very very long time.

Gambling was banned in Republican administration(Bush adm.) and later they find a way to cash in the vice. Also on FT anyone can choose what country wants,if I want I can play under the flag of Groenlanda

I didnt saw US players, but it is probably because I never look at which player is from Maybe only if someone write to me something. But I dont like to making "friends" at table cause it hurts when I get him off the tourney

Agree with this 100% and the following posts that also say similar things.. I'm not a huge Obama lover or anything - but the USA Republican Party is totally fucked. Getting the democrats / Obama back in was the best thing to happen for the USA - considering the alternative. Best thing in terms of having any chance at online poker coming back in some way for you guys and just best in general in all other aspects; such as public health and other better social policies.

I don't think any of them are aware of the recreation on-line poker brings. I don't thinkss it's on their agenda to address the issue in the U.S. with being able or allowing U.S. citizens to play on-line poker. Now if it were brought to their attention as to how many U.S. citizens play on-line poker and they could tax withdraws they would be on top of it.
To be honest it should probably be like it is in Vegas. For example anything above $1200.00 won you will receive A 1090 and pay taxes on it. This wouldn't bother me. Of courese I'll probably never win $1200.00 playing on-line poker, but I thought that about the lottery and look what happened with that. We hit!
I just wish something would change instead of it sitting around becoming a non-issue. Actually I think all sites could allow U.S. players back on to play because the biggest thing with "Black Friday" was the issue with the sites, not the players.
Maybe only if someone write to me something. But I dont like to making "friends" at table cause it hurts when I get him off the tourney
