is it me,or was that hand in freeroll...lol....here I thought maybe it was on a cash table,other wise its laughable to complain about a hand in a freeroll,any way it happens,you just need a kit kat moment,like the other's say...^^^^^^^^^

i'd say if you are losing money- go the old & safe route: start with $0 in our account and try to make thing happen, go for freerolls, ndb, promotions etc. if you build your roll from scratch it doesn't really matter if the site is rigged or not, if it is going to shut or steal players funds...YOU WILL NOT LOSE A CENT...gl at the tables

my system for dealing with bad beats / suckouts etc is this : for every hand i play correct with and is the best hand from pre or flop but it gets lost to a worse hand ..well that hand owes me on the long run ..eg AK gets sucked by AQ .so AK me until i get a pay-bak winning hand it will owe m, also u can use the AQ when u have it to bad beat AK, either way u can cross ts he damage of ur hit-list of bad beats/suck-out blues. I have found this method to be useful in keeping a positive outlook on game and keep an emotional content at the tables (as BRUCE LEE quoted)
Also rem poker players mostly talk about there bad beats and best hands, u rarely will here from how they suckd-out or bad beat another player but it happens millions times everyday and is part of what we must expect the unexpected when it happens put as mental note to self and u wil suprise how much u improve ur play and get revenge as well as a good-payback. Infact afteext box r writing this iwill get myself a small notebook or create one in the chat box notes to keep a list of those hands.
