At first i thought you were making a mistake by saying William Hill and 199$ bankroll cause i remember another site like that, but i checked and you are right.
You should be able to see the request in your personal page, awaiting for verification. Contact BRM support using the email form and keep the reference number they will sent you.

Wow 199$ bankroll :O why i can't obtain that kind of free bankroll? i only obtained 10$ from Gala and another 10$ from Partypoker, where i lose it the bonus... i hope you can obtain that bonus and make millions

I signed up for William Hill through other poker site and got 10 $ no deposit and lost 9 $ in SNG double up.But I have a 200$ daily freeroll so I can raise my bankroll from the mud Good luck

Was it really your first account there? I don’t want to point the finger at you, it’s just that I received mob mail regarding wiliam Hill no deposit bonus and I was thinking to go for it, but after some research I got to the conclusion that I already had opened an account there, a long time ago, with the same mail and data I use today, although I don’t even remember how the site looks like, I must have only played a few freerolls or so. So, unfortunately, I can’t take advantage of this new awesome BRM offer!
