Hello there fellow mates,
I requested a bonus for mybet, but at that time i havent created a poker alias at mybet.I was send an email that my bonus request has been rejected for not creating an alias.So i created one but the system wouldnt let me write it down at the bonus alias section. I send an email 3 days ago at brm support but i havent yet recieved a reply.Is everything ok or should i do something else?Help me out guys.

i think you need to contact mybet to find out what your alias is and then when you receive it contact brm support

I don't know but i think that may have blocked your bonus because you haven't accomplished all the requisits at the first time. It doesn't make sense at all, because you are new there and they should understand that you didn't created an alias at the begining because you just didn't knew how to do it or you simply forgot. You have to ask them for that to see if they can release the bonus, hope you get it.

i have an alias name at mybet and i did send it to brm support three days ago thats why i wonder why i havent recieved an answer yet.

With such a problem is useless posting in thread.
No one can help with this here. You need to contact directly the support of both BRM
and the poker site if you want this resolved soon.
This is a mistake which costs time.
You need to be more careful when requesting a bankroll and following the steps as requested.
