Previous hand, 3 people open limped saw a 3-way pot, where 1 bet 30 each time, and they both called until the river where they folded to...yup...a 30 chip bet.

Ended up taking 3rd in this 1, ran AJ into KQ and the lucksack who won 3 flips in a row busted me 1 before the step-3 ticket. Still broke-even, and I guess I can just laugh at how terrible people are. Lol.

Yes. They are Confused Definitely not worth playing. So no-one should try them Tongue
Seriously, people stay off my turf or I'll cut you lol.

Really though, they ARE profitable, just because people have NO clue what they are doing and make stupid decisions.

Because I've always loved the hyper turbo structure. They reward the mathematical aspect of poker, and are relatively easy to play.

Why I'm playing Specificly steps, I just had a theory when FT came back up, so I decided to give them a go and see what I could do with them. Will post some results when I get enough games in to have a proper sample size.

This is a great example of what super turbos are, sometimes there’s no point on waiting to have what one usually considers to be a good hand, because the strength of the table is always bigger (at least three) than the pocket cards (max two) and the lack of time and chips to wait before taking a decision obliges you to play in hands like this. Of course everyone ended up thinking “the worst hand playing won” , but this thought is wrong, the correct is “I should have known there was no point on playing this either if admitting to be lucky enough at that moment to even win this type of games”. Have you ever read someone here showing a coin flip hand tourney and complaining or boasting for having lost or won it? It’s more similar than you think…

There are too many players like that.
Any suited card and they are all in preflop.
And in a tournament like this they just gamble to get a big stack on early stages.
If they dont manage, there is always the next tournament Smile

This is the perfect example of what super turbos are about...... you dont get time to wait for a decent hand and therefore you cant afford to be too tight so have to go into pots withnalmost anything.
