So , after 5 hours playing a freeroll on fulltilt , I managed to finish in 48th place , 45 places paid , I lost with A A vs A 10 , and I feel like I wanna go beat to a pulp a guy who works for fulltilt , I know it's messed up , but it will make me feel so much better , so if any of you have an adress , a name or something , just reply here , and I'll go buy myself a plane ticket.

yea it kinda sux to bust out vs weak hand and so close to paid places, i aswell dont like these freerolls that much gotta invest so much time in it to win so little... Like they couldnt afford to make the prizepools a lil higher.. when they make so much profit.. But what can we do PokerStars & Full Tilt Poker are now the Monopoly.. there is noone that can compete against them.. So they can do whatever they want to.

Yeah Alex, I've been busted on the bubble just about a week ago at Carbon on the HORSE Freeroll. You play for 3 or 4 hours for so little anyway and then get popped right before it start's to pay and it really makes you want to pop someone or something yourself, but all that does is cost you even more.
At least they're freerolls and all you have is time wrapped up in them. Wish you better luck next time!

Better finishing at tha position rather in bubble any time. Finishing in bubble is the thing thats killing me the most when im out the money. Worst place ever. I rather be the first going out in a tournament than this

Yeah I know , I've calmed down by now , but it still sucks when you think about it , I've been in it for 4 hours and 45 minutes , the problem with fulltilt is that , they have such a huge field of players in those freeroll, 7500 , and only 45 places paid, so it takes about 5 hours to reach Itm , oh well , that's poker , currently playing the depositors freeroll on pokerstars sitting in 350 out of 3568 , at least here I'll reach Itm with 3150 places paid.

I guess it didn't take long for FullTilt to pull back in the players. I figured it might take some time since there were a lot of skeptics out there. But, guess not if the freerolls are filling up already. I remeber those days at FullTilt and playing in those Freerolls that have 7500 to 10,000 participants and you'd think they payout more places. What is it now? 45 places you say! Carbon pays out to 36 and I have tried that sportsbetting yet, but will be trying to tomorrow. again thanks for the tip on that bonus. Good Luck!

i feel for you man- really painful hit to take. you can't go on yourself a lot, since getting in the action is +ev move in most scenarios, yeah you probably could have waited a bit to be in the money, it really depends what were your goals for the tourney- if you were going for a win, then any action with pocket aces is a plus for you, if you just wanted to make it itm, then you could've sit out for a while...gl

that sucks. but at least you didn't lose the $45 you spent the last hour and a half building up on rush poker with your aces against AK lol. now that stings a bit just have to put it in the back of your mind and carry on. just think of it as a battle scar lol

oh, you have to prepare your mental to get a lot of case like that. I had been got it a lot, lol. All of us is the same I think. So patient ! when luck stay far away that's happen. 5 hours for nothing, that's consequences play MTT. Good luck next time

Well , 45th place was 0.90 $ , and 1st place was 18 $ , so u can imagine I was in it to win it , and I'm the kind of guy that wouldn't play scared , just because I'm near the bubble , even in $ tournaments , if you play to hit the last $ places paid , you will get at best your buy-in doubled , but in most tournaments not even that , you get something like your buy-in + 60-70 % , what was gutting is that I was sitting pretty well , in about 15 out of 48 , and I get A A utg , I make a 3Xbb raise , and the Sb who had about 20 % + my stack , shoved with A 10 , and his bad play paid off , I think I'll stop playing freerolls , cause it just ain't worth it , it's better I'll wait 1 week , until I'll make my deposit and start getting back to my regular $ tourneys , good luck guys and thank you for your input.

That is just the worst feeling isnt it....when you have played so well to get tonthe point of makimg some money that the poker gods dump on you from a great height and before you knowmit you are making rash opinions about whatbwol make younfeel better when in reality thenonly thing that will makemyou feel better is getting back in the game and trying again!!!

Some banners on the Internet have those side games beating famous people, maybe that you help you calm down. Look on the good side, you passed a huge field. Was this the first time you got that high on the rank? If so, you should feel proud, knowing next time it can be even better. If not, come on, cards don't always combine the way we wanted, but i'm sure you also had some understandably lucky hands during the game, like that 59 against a blind dead AJ that you won... things happen.
it´s also happend to me at pokerstars freeroll. I wasnt too close to the bubble, but if you bluff with mid-pair low kicker at flop to guy with top pair-top kicker and at the river turns your kicker, it makes you happy and kicks you to better patience agine. But Alex, i can say only one thing to you. I feel sorry for this situacion and hope, you will be more lucky next time.
