Eating the previous field record with more than double of the size of the starting field is something to remember and take in consideration. I believe it’s important to try to analyze and see if there were most Canadians or others. This data can help understanding the future of the game in terms of nationality. About the game itself, having $12k already in the pocket is very nice, but knowing the race is for the $780k first place makes those $12k look like small potatoes.

Having said hello and waved goodbye to a string of famous faces it was Jeff Gross who finished the day on top. Every player who makes it through the next two sessions and onto the final table will scoop a six-figure score; moreover, if the pace continues at the rate it did yesterday then today's race for Day 4 will certainly be a swift one.

Pretty nice record has been set! And also it is in Canada and not USA ,so its kinda wired for me. But if you will compere nacionality factor like fakiry wants to, i think there will be still more Americans then others.
