I have two types of glasses, reading ones and long distant one the problem is I can read the computer with my reading glasses on but i can then not see around the room very well.my tip is to put the poker cards into to" four colour card" mode in options.I then am able to wear my long distance glasses and still easily tell what suit the cards are in.means the computer is not the only thing i can see.

Not that i have problem with my eyes but i tried once playing with the four color cards, and i managed to play like five minutes. Couldnt stand it at all and changed it back to original. It was like i was playing a whole different game than a cards one.

sure it is a good idea to consontrate but after 8 hours play its nice to look around a bit and the different colour cards mean i dont mix clubs and spades have before and it really messes your hand up.

Brianj.....its one thing being able to see the colours of your cards, but how do you get on with the numbers or pictures? It would be intersting to know whether you have a strategy for this or whether you play poker by virtue of the suit rather than anything else.
I have to agree with Ronin above, dont wear your glasses and just focus on your screen.
