Hello mobsters i want few advices... Almost one month ago my PS was hacked... (i clicked on wrong links and tipe my account) Now i really wanna play again on PS, can i make another account ? will be any problem? Need your advices for don't lose my money when i deposit and withdraw... Thank you

Dont do it.. If you open another account they will eventually spot it and lock the account. Given you have a FTP account and the two sites are now linked you risk losing your FTP account too.
Just email PS and see what they can do about getting your old one reopened

Hello sir, they don't answer me... you can check the post... i've tiped there all they said... P.S. Mobpoints is withdrawed in few days i should receive the money on MB, then deposit all on FTP and then i can pay you my debt you get $10 and djpremier receive $15 with my enthusiasm for playing MICROS i lost my account and money... there will not be 2nd mistake (i hope)

Do NOT do it mate. if you do trust me they will find out sooner or later and when they do they WILL lock the account and confisate any funds there in. also you have a full tilt account they will also seize.
My advice is to contact support on stars and explain things and ask them to help you out.
I am just trying to help save you allot more grief.

You can get your account back , just email to support and tell them that your account has been hacked, if u make a diferent account with the same info , you will eventually be caught and your account will be blocked with all the $ in it.

You can get your account back , just email to support and tell them that your account has been hacked, if u make a diferent account with the same info , you will eventually be caught and your account will be blocked with all the $ in it.

So send them another one , and specifically tell them , that your account scarpinici90 was stolen , and you didn't send the request to change the email , and that it was the guys who stole your account , and tell them u can send documents to prove that you're the rightfull owner of the account , like a id photo , or bank statement etc.

why the hell shouldn't he make another account? sure not with his own name: you can make an account for your girlfriend, mother, father, brother, sister etc. - this is completely legal: just be prepared to send them any documents they require to prove the identity of the new account holder, if pokerstars decide to ask for that

If you open another account you need a different pc and IP address,so Pokerstars will have no matter to be suspicious.Better thing to do is to recover your e-mail account and than everything will go smootly. Good luck

Because it's against the terms that you play through someone else's infos.
Like others said,just email them,if you dont receive a reply then try another email provider because that is probably the issue,I've never waited more than 1 hour for a reply from their support,usually alot less

email them again explaining the situation in detail, and, i dont see why they woud not sort it out, if they say they can do nothng then ASK THEIR PERMISSION to setup another account do not just do it until you know it is approved by pokerstars.
to be honest the whole situation seems unusual to me, you are saying that you have reported fraud and they are not going to at least investigate it. make sure they Know all the facts.

yeah like pokerstars r gonna send someone over to your house to check if they & only they are playing on their account: i.e. set up account for your father- if you want u can send his id or other docs in advance to verify the account & have fun with it: your father can actually never log in to his account himself...who is gonna check this huh? if we are talking about moral dilemma, then yeah, i understand your position, but if we look at the practical side- it's a fair option if you cannot restore your account the usual way

You can. The best you have to do is to contact PS explaining the reasons why you want to do that. You will give the data of the other account, so they can be aware that it's not supposed for it to have activity again. Then, you will have to crwate the new acount with new data, i mean, new email, new address (maybe they can be flexible at this point knowing the reasone why you're doing it) and new nick. It must not be that hard. But inform them, it's the best thing to do.

Opening another account, is just a mistake. Just risking getting banned. You need to contact them and ask to clear the account and get it transferred back to you. If that cant happen, pass on it completely. Better play on another site.

I'll open another accoun on my GF details and don't deposit for moment... i'll change my interner provider and then i'll can deposit... of course with my GF cards and details... windows was already reinstall... but SHHH pokerstars should not know what i'm doing... keep my secret safe

Okay know,you re just proving and showing us how much of a scammer you are,cause lets face it you re planning this out on a forum which is seen by hundreds of a people a day,and YES I will INSULT YOU cause, what you re doing is wrong. whats you re real purpose of this post? Why would you ask the people of this forum for advice? them when you re given it,you won't listen. I guess its a lot easier for you to do the wrong thing here. Whats worse is you re detailing how you are going to do this.....What does that say about you as a person SIR? It would be better for you just to send Pokerstars you r information,like they ask,and verify who you are. I have done that with all the poker rooms I play at and never have any issues with cash outs or any other problems.
