Have you done everything like it is explained? Try to contact online support. Here you only have access to the prize. Then, if you do everything as it's explained, you should have access to your free spins. Take it easy.

Contact their support and also first make sure that your country is eligible for it!

I have read that some countries that are not eligible get some sort of other prize from bankrollmob(on mob games from what i remember).

yes l do it everything but stell l cant use them they are not showed when l start the game ...
its explained to go to the casino lobby and just start the game l do thet and steel nothing have you use the free spins ?
