Yesterday kicked off the 21st FTOPS at the recently resurrected Full Tilt Poker. The series has 35 events and a total prize pool of over $7.5 million that will find new owners between the 2nd and 16th of December. wow nice, good job. Ftp is deffinetly growing from dead now. Nice prize pool too, but i still dont get up, why are this big tournaments splited from Ps, whne are now PS and FTP connected to gather. It will be better to move it it togather on one site and do not spilt players. But still good job and i wish good luck to all mobsters entering this tournaments.

yeah i must agree with a couple of mobsters who pointed above: mini ftops is something less heavy on the roll i'm waiting for it too- have some tickets from point satellites, so gonna give a crack at qualifying for the main events- will be interesting to see if ftops gets enough attention from the players- since this is the first series from the "new full tilt"

it seems to be pretty popular still. i played in ftops event 1 which was a $750,000 guaranteed and it managed to get over a million in the prize pool. i'll defo be playing at least one mini ftops

Like everyone is saying, these look a bit expensive for my wallet, but that should also mean there will be less competitors (or not?). Thinking about strategy, perhaps one of these events could work as a good investment for a money Xmas gift that one would receive earlier, but I do not want to influence anyone, because things can go wrong and that gift can end up as 30 minutes of bad cards and another knot in the stomach ulcer. So if you suffer from this, better wait for lower buy-ins.
