Hello, 10 days ago I asked for a cashout of my BRM points to my Party Poker account. I haven't received the money yet. 4 days ago I mailed support asking if there is a problem and haven't received an answer yet either. I'm not complaining about the delay, I just want to know if everything is OK and this is the normal procedure or if there is a problem. Can I have an answer from someone in the support team please? Thank you.

Hi Phoenix2104. Are you from Greece? Have you been following the problems with new rules for Greece online poker ? There's a recent post in the forum regarding William Hill, perhaps PP is having problems as well.
Look for: William Hill stopped operating in Greece

That's why I'm in a hurry, I'm worried in case Party Poker decides to stop as well. There isn't a problem with PP yet, I made a deposit a couple of days ago. But that's why I'm asking if there is a problem because I can cash out my points to Skrill in that case.
------------ Also another question. If I cash out to Party Poker do I need to accumulate some points playing there before I can withdraw the money? I haven't read anything like that in BRM but I'm asking just to be sure, because in that case I want to cancel my cash-out. Thanks for any answers.

Mobpoints cash out are free of terms and conditions, can do whatever you want with the dollars if you receive them. Many of the mobsters are reporting delays in cash outs or not receiving anything. Good luck

There are some technical problems with Party Poker, that why the long delays. That came from support in another thread. As for your Bankroll, when it will be available at Party poker you can do with it whatever you like, since its actually a deposit. You dont need to accumulate any points. As for Party Poker i dont thing it will follow WH and others, but you never know.

G'day mate, I remember reading in another thread that there is a problem of some kind with Party Poker. If my memory serve it has to do with a problem on Party's side and NOT on the Brm side of the transaction. I will try to find the thread again and update this post. maybe another mober can help refresh my memory and help us out. Anyhow it is my understanding that anything you get from BRM is a deposit and therefore you can do whatever you want with it.

Interesting news...I have 5k mob points to cash out but think I will wait to do so until this has cleared itself up. Dont want to lose my hard earned points and looking to doing whatever I want once I get them. Thanks BRM
My Moneybookers account is my poker fund. Can cash in and out with ease...never a problem and it keeps "fun" money seperate. In light of the problems Greek players are experiencing atm, the situation is unstable at best, one might want to choose a e wallet for transactions. Even if one can't transfer to a bank account from the wallet, at least one would be able to spend the money elseware.

Thanks all for the replies. Still I would appreciate some official response at some time. If there is some problem with Party Poker I could cash out to Skrill if that's more convenient.

The Party Poker no-deposit bonus is delayed due to technical problems. Cash outs of mob points to Party Poker are not affected by this.

Take it easy, everything will be fine, you’ll get your money. Take a look at the amount of different people being prizes on the calendar and on the mob safe, just for watching at so many different new nicks that we almost never see around here, we can make an idea of the increased work BRM staff is having these days, there may be the time of the year with more cashout requests.

It seems that you finally got them but i decided to make a reply just to let you know that if you opt to cashout via an e-wallet it will be a lot faster!
My advice would be for mob points cashouts to use skrill since the fee is 0
