I think moving to Malta is definately the best idea, frankly i do not understand why all those US pros moved to Canada and not Malta?

Yeah, I can't stand thios BS the U.S. has put us poker players in. They want all our earned income or they want to find a way to tax what they don't take. That' the whole deal with poker in the U.S. If someone would open a site that paid the U.S. government the taxes on any money withdrawn it would be fine.

Seriously thinking about moving to Canada after April 2013.

And knowing your luck, in May 2013 the US government will legalise online poker again, and the canadian government will change and decide they don't like poker so make it illegal to play any form of poker on their soil.
