PokerStars' mission to establish themselves as the number one poker providers in the world continued following the announcement of a partnership with Spain's Gran Madrid Casino. The joint venture comes just weeks after PokerStars' deals with London's Hippodrome and Atlantic Club casinos. With a 70% share of Spain's online market, the move will certainly be a popular one. Moreover, it looks to be the latest step in PokerStars' bid to establish live roots across the globe.

Well it is good business for Pokerstas to do exactly this. Why not continue to grow bigger and better. It will also give all there sponcered players a free hotel room to stay in when playing live events Those free rooms will also be tax write offs for them too. Go Stars Go! Good luck at the tables mates.

wrote this some time ago, and can only repeat myself- pokerstars is sitting on bag of cash, it generates lots of money, which is just sitting in their accounts: therefore they have a few options- to pay out dividends or to invest in other long term projects which look profitable enough for them.

From what i know the online poker market is already reglemented but they are not allowed to play with people outside Spain...
As for the move that Pokerstars is doing all around the world i think it's a pretty logical move, i mean they almost have monopol on online market, time to get the live one too
