Has anyone had this problem.Trying to sign up for the william hill no deposit bonus but william hill tells me ive sign up with the details before.so i ask it to tell me password using the same details and then it tells me they do not exist.I know i have not sign up to william hill before and they cannot have it both ways so can anyone tell me a way other than using a different email,which is tecnically fraudlent.of resolving this.thanks brianj ps Iwas going to ask support but it says to ask here first as most things can be sorted here thanks again

wow if i understand you correctly there customer support sent you to our forums. Dude that is some real good support staff they got there eh? I mean for them to state that you can get more help from us then from them.
I like the idea that we here in the forums are better sources for help then they are. LOL Thumbs Up
I really wish I could help you but I do not actually deal will william hill as I have heard some bad things.

Your problem can only be dealt by your support, in the meantime try to remember if you registered some time ago.

If you already have an account there you are no longer eligible for the bankrollmob no deposit bonus unfortunately...

I've not had this problem, but if you scroll through the posts you'll see some others complaining about "No Deposit Bonuses" not being fullfilled and some other issues. You'd have to find the posts to verify the root cause to their discrepancies. Good Luck!

email william hill and recieved reply almost instantly telling they got my email.would like to make a sarcastic comment here but lets see what they come back with. they obviously have a good robot email lol

I have a friend that got an no deposit bonus there and he plays there.

He told me that you can wait up to three working days to get an reply from their support but they'll answer you eventually.

got another reply very quick from william hill asking me for copies of my photo id and address to be uploaded but they are also asking me for a copy of a credit with a number i have not seen before.Not my card.They do tell me to hide some of the numbers so it seems legit just tells me they have me mixed up with someone else.Will email them back and see what they say

The same thing has happened to me , sighned up, then says im not a member, they keep sending me promotions in my e mail, but im not a member tried e mailing support, no help at all, i give up with them, its not very good , if im not registered why are they sending me promotional e mails ?
