My account has been confirmed, but I was asked to photograph passport near the face, I did just that and the account was again confirmed on December 19. But payments I still can not see what the problem is?

You'll het them, if you have seen that page it means that you also have seen the act that in this period of time cashouts take longer than usual for obvious reasons
If the account was confirmed it's a only a time matter until you'll get your mob points

hey nastyamav- you have to remember what time it is- so basically everyone either has a sh1t load of work & things go very slowly for this reason, or they are sitting with their families/friends etc. and have no will to check what's happening at work- so be patient and things will happen sooner or later

I just don't get some people. I can imagine the Good Samaritan (from New Testament times) walking down a modern time street and offering to help someone, who once the help has been offered, takes the Samaritans coat and gloves, his money and watch, and gives him a dig in the ribs just for good measure as he walks away!!!!!

If you think that its Christmas time so tha means some people are off, for holidays, and then you check on the up right corner the amount of members this site has, then it easy to understand how the work can be piled for a moment.
You need to have some patience and you will get the money, no doubt about that.

it is christmas you should be more patient. the people that work on this site have lifes to and want to spend it with their loved ones as we all do. don't we? i know i had a lovely christmas and i hope all of you did too! good luck on the tables all!!

Hopefully you wasn't counting on getting this to use towards buying a Christmas present because as everyone has stated, but I want to throw in my two cents as some would say.
Expect this to be addressed sometime between December 27th and January 5th. If the administrators are like us they will be off work for a couple days around this time of year. At least they deserve it!
