Hey, I watched it two times but I didnt learn anything from this lesson... I concetrated on something other than poses btw she looks liittle bit like Paris Hilton, but much more beautiful and she has bigger boobs lol

Damn pochui that's some workout. I think I'll get up in the mornings and perform my morning stretch with this video. I mean it's actually good and clean. I know it's better then a cup of coffee, but the shower will have to be cold instead of hot after the worout.

I had a friend who was dating a Yoga instructor before he join the military and went to an over seas deployment. I got married while he was gone to someone he meet abroad. I think now I should have given her a call and said hello

@thefly131 - well it's a nice idea, when you suffer a bad beat- just offload your negative emotions by watching some naked yoga just be sure not to offload it on your laptop

Fricken hilarious! I didn't know you knew her on a personal basis. Does she actually have a series of workout videos? Just curious! I'm thinking about ordering them for my wife and then maybe she'll quit asking me to workout with her. A bit of physchology may work in my favor!
