Hi Wayne - same as you I also transferred 5000 points to PP on Sunday, but no cash yet. I have been reading previous threads and see it can take up to 2 weeks for the money to appear in your account. Trust me it will appear there, just a matter of when. I'll let you know on this thread when I get mine, if you do also.
You will receive a answer from a member of the MOB team, just by posting on the forum category.

Wayniac, if you click on the Mob account button, on the up right corner you will see a HUGE message concerning bankrolls which is really hard to miss. Your answer is there. And in case you cant find it here is a copy paste :

Sorry to skew from the topic Wayniac, but I hope you understand how my focus was broken. Anyway as you seen it may take a bit of time since BRM is so busy with everyrthing this timeof the year. Good Luck to you and all!
