Blom's yesterday's $619,175 win put him over $400,000 ahead of "CRAIN85" ($187,047) and took his running total to an astonishing $4,683,602.

Ben "Sauce1234" Sulsky has been the player feeling the majority of Blom's force over the last few days.

After finishing as 2012's biggest online winner, Sulsky is now facing a deficit of $1,818,659 since the start of 2013.

After grinding through 3070 hands Viktor "Isildur1" Blom couldn't maintain his winning run and gave away $1,076,742 from his recent haul.

While the loss won't devastate Blom – as his 2013 profit is still over $4 million – the set back will no doubt prove a little disconcerting.

Indeed, with a significant amount of his money finding its way to an in form Phil Galfond, the next few days of nosebleed action could be very interesting.

Galfond's profit of $1,070,595 put him top of the day's leaderboard and took his annual total to $1,339,897.

Also running well in the last 24 hours was Gus Hansen ($538,092), who now moves out of the red and up to a total profit of $483,599 this year.

While Blom's most recent loss was significant, it was markedly less than that experienced by "Poker_KaMI" and Gus Hansen.

Playing over 5,000 hands between them, the pair finished the day in first and second place on yesterday's loser chart with losses of $634,437 and $953,579, respectively.

At the other end of yesterday's money spectrum, Alex "Alexonmoon" Luneau banked a table topping haul of $452,609.

That amount was enough to put him ahead of "SallyWoo" ($434,586), "patpatpanda" ($398,565) and Alexander "PostflopAction" Kostritsyn ($368,898).

In the last 24 hours tournament grinder Casey "bigdogpckt5s" Jarzabek has completed a $334,156 haul.
His impressive start to 2013 is even more noteworthy as the bulk of his earnings have come from back-to-back appearances in PokerStars' Sunday Million.
His third and fourth place finishes were complimented by an outright win in PokerStars' $1,050 Super Tuesday on January 8.
While Casey was completing his tournament grind, "Poker_KaMI" was busy scooping $409,867 at the cash tables.
The unknown player topped yesterday's high stakes chart after taking money from the likes of Patrik Antonius (-$323,588) and "punting-peddler" (-$195,166).
