I know you had a slow problem over the xmas period paying bonuses and stuff but any news on when transfers to pokersites are going to happen as i transferred $50 over to partypoker on 29/12/2012 which is nearly 2 weeks ago. It only stated on your Message board that bonus payments were going to be delayed nothing about transfers which are normally 0-48 hours to poker sites yet still nothing

Sorry man, pretty sure the points cashouts would be subject to the same delays, it's always like this over xmas.. They will definitely process it though, without fail, but I dare say the way is the same for pretty much all financial transactions, since there would be the exact same issues surrounding them.

G'day mate. I just wanted to drop you a line to inform you that there are several post about very slow transfers to party poker. The problem has been stated several times is actual on the party poker side of things although I am sure there customer support would NOT take any blame for the issue.
From what I have read in the Forums on 2 different sites is the same. Party poker has a procedure which goes like this.
You ask for a transfer.
BRM then receives your request and has to acknowledge the request takes 1 day at most.
Then BRm MUST inform Partypoker you made a request for a funds transfer to confirm you do have a valid account with them. (this is Party's required procedure)
BRM must wait for confirmation which can take up to 10 days.
Ok Party gets off there ass and confirms to BRM so again you add 1 day for BRM to wade down through their many messages and get the confirmation processed.
BRM them sends you a confirmation email and sends the money to Partypoker.
Party receives the online money transfer and then waits for confirmation from there bank the funds have cleared into their account. may take 5 banking business days ( No weekends do NOT count)
The confirmation clears add 1 more day for them to now finally credit the funds into your account.
This is the procedure as I understand it which PartyPoker demands be followed.
What this means to a Partypoker customer is that you can wait up to 23 days to get your money. Like I said I have read this on more then 1 forum and on more than 1 site. It is in no way BankRollMobs fault. I am sure you will get the money, just a little more patience will be required.

I just wish I could deal with problems like this! Living here in this U.S. I can't even cashout my Mobpoints, can't play poker on any of the high profile or top poker sites and can't participate in any of the BRM freerolls. Based on this, waiting for things wouldn't be so bad.
I'm not blowing you any crap for asking, I'm just whining about the U.S. and jealous I can't have these type of problems instead of the crap this country puts us through. Good Luck and you'll receive it!

Besides the obvious reasons that your bonus request has been delayed, you must also have in mind that you need to count only the business days. If you take out the weekends and the holidays these days it isnt that much of a time that have passed. The sure thing is that you will get it at some point. Some patience is needed

cmon guys, give them a little break, its easy to see that December is the month where BRM gets more work! They are humans like us iam sure that BRM is having a little break after so hard month of work, trying to give us the best offers!

just to clarify im not slating the mob team in anyway was just after an update. And now i know the procedure i will just wait and eventually see an increase in my roll

I think, just like in poker, while BRM works effortlessly to deliver a fantastic service, patience is the key. There are many posts from impatient people who eventually say thank you to BRM for the free money!

The reason to the delay is that we are still short-staffed after xmas, new year's eve etc. Everyone will be back in the office next week, so all pending payments will be taken care of then. We are really sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Have a great weekend!

@Ronin, you really made a research about this subject, but i'm glad you did it, it clarifies a lot. And this only shows the minimum time a transfer can take if all the schedules are acomplished, if not we can be talking about waiting over a month.
@Greenmohave, don't look at things in such a pessimist way. Think about it as a fund box, something you are saving for the future. I believe there will be a way for you to put the hands on your mobpoints in the future, US can't just keep bloking all e-wallets, they will have to find one of their own working on the WWW. So, if there won't be any other way until that is created, then it's just a matter of waiting for BRM to get to an agreement with that company so that you can transfer your mobpoints to there and then, finaly, put the hands on your bucks. Think positive: if that takes too long, it means you will be gathering a lot of mobpoints through all that time, and when you finaly have the chance to take it, it will be a nice fresh and really big pile of money, you'll see! Keep summing!
