As the topic says, I managed to run deep into the $250 freeroll at PartyPoker. I finished in 2nd place after a short heads-up game where I started with just over 6.000.000 and opponent had close to 30.000.000 with blinds at 400k-800k+80k ante and with me getting no good cards at all, it was easy for play for the opponent. I finally got a decent hand, A7 with only 3.000.000 left so I just decided to go for it. He had called with AQ, enough said.
Anyways, I'm happy with my runner up finish and I cashed $18,12 from that freeroll. Now I have a decent bankroll to start building from

great job ,but as we all know ,soo dissapointing after leaving such field behind you ,,,then finish second...i mean huge difference in prizemoney..18$ or 35$
anyway ,,you got enough skill ,or you would never get that far...1rst or second is almost a coinflip..
don't know how many runners in that freeroll, but an achievement it is ..GRATS !!!!!

Well yeah, of course it's a bit dissapointing to not bink it but I'm pretty happy anyway. I have binked this one before but then it was more even when HU began.
There was 11434 runners in this one so I think I did very good

Nice one! Tough to finish top five in any freeroll now a days. It was only a couyple years ago that one could do pretty good in most freerolls, but with todays "I'll call it" diiversified players and their techniques "to be nice" it's hard to do well.
Besides it being a $250.00 freeroll, that's nice in itself. Cheap donks at Carbon want you to play in 5000 player field to win $13.50 for 1st ($50.00 freerolls). I usually don't participate other then the fact I like HORSE so I play it on my days off work.

Grats to you, very well done indeed. Thats a really good job you did finishing 2nd in such a huge player field. Unfortunately the reward is too small for such a good job (thats why I don´t play theses anymore)

Very reasonable !!! If someone had good skill why not play at buy in MTT or s n g, cash game ? just have talent and no brain ( sorry erru, doen't mean sarkastic ) but i will more glad if you win big from buy in MTT like uhhcallmi's friend at your another thread

Very good result, and the money for a freeroll arent bad. There were too many players from what i saw in the screenshot, so that makes it hard to finish in that spot. Just out of curiosity, was there a deal on the table?

The problem with this kind of tournments its the amount of time you loose to cash little money and sometimes to cash nothing!!! Must be a little frustrating being so close to the gold and stay with the silver!!! But iam sure your going to have better luck next time!!!

ERRU.......This is a fantastic result. I always tell myself in these huge tourneys, and 11000 in a $250 freeroll is quite big, that someone has to win it so its nice to see that a mobster has come so close. Well done!
