I fulfilled the conditions for PKR.com (gift offder) on January 7. you I lifted it up. On forum I have created a theme (http://www.bankrollmob.com/forum.asp?mode=thread&i... ) and stuck all the evidence that I met him. I no nothing en replied to my e-mail (which again was evidence) that was sent to me on January 15 also do not meet! my nickname in pkr.com "joketoon"
I can't find anything from your e-mail address in our support system, so if you did send it by e-mail already, then maybe you sent it directly to somebody and then that somebody will deal with it (but it has just been weekend and one of our main guys in our team is away sick yesterday and today).
Of course if you are qualified, as it seems from your screenshots, then there will be no problems and you will get paid - just like everybody else had. It just takes time to confirm, because we don't rely on screenshots (they are very easy to fake), we always need confirmation from the poker site.

Your screenshot is too small to really see what is going on it.
I searched in our support system on your registered e-mail address and found nothing. If you contacted us there, then you would get a reply with a ticket ID, maybe #5xxxx or #6xxxx - just give me that so I can look up your ticket. If you did not get such, then it's because you wrote directly to somebody and then he/she will deal with it.

But I see that you also wrote to "gift" as you were supposed to, so that's good. The guy that handles the "gift" address will deal with your case. I know that you sent it a week ago, but it always takes time for us to get confirmation from the poker sites, so as soon as we get confirmation from the poker site that you are qualified, then you will receive the Mob Points.

Absolutely not. Like I said, it takes time to get these confirmations from the poker sites, so you would have received a reply from "gift" address sooner or later anyway.
