Hello I registered in a Gala CasinoPoker, lost without Deposit bonus, in December 2012 won 3,4$ in the Freeroll , brought to the$40, made a Deposit and placed it on the conclusion of$50. already a month can not pass the verification of the address, was sent a copy of the passport, the contract with the Bank, the receipt on payment of utility services - Gala CasinoPoker refuses to verify the address and pay back the money. What to do and where to write to them complaint ?

hmm I was asking online support there few days before.. I have some euros there from freerol and cashgame and I was asking about how can I withdraw. They told me, that I will need to verify my account with deposit from my credit card. But after that I will be able to withdraw all money (won+ deposited cause of verification). Minimum deposit is 5 pounds I guess.
So I will see if I will have same problem as you.. hope not
Anyway if they toldyou that they will not verify your identity, they should tell you WHY? When you sent them ID? Ask on online support why they refused it..

The only thing you can do is to contact them again, and ask to get an update as to what is going on and if there are more steps from you needed. Try to do this so from Online support if there is one, cause by email may take way longer.
If it is possible, may I suggest in the future you open an ewallet account. Netteller or Moneybookers (Skrill) account. The loading of these accounts are fast and easy as are the transaction transfers to and from sites. The fees they charge are well worth the piece of mind you receive by the service they provide. As stated above online support is the best option for you, if you can contact them this way.
i know why the don't but why cant and why don't they ask you to verify every thing before you deposit . all the sites will take your cash i one min but to get any winnings back you have to do this that and the other. they should make sure every thing is in order before they give you anything or take anything from you

Learnt my lesson the hard way, now it's Skrill or bye-bye.
well a lot of casinos manage the security so slow and sometime a little frustationg because u do everything right and they just say they can verify your account

Hi,I do deposit on Gala with VISA before 3 weeks,minimum is 5 pounds and send them documents for verification.Verification was done for few days,with that 1st deposit and bonus of 15 pounds (that is for bingo) i get 2 lines 103 pounds and when I finish bonus(deposit+bonus x 3) I had 120 pounds ,I request withdrawal and for 2-3 days money was on my VISA card,without any problems. Contact CS,if your docs are ok it should be verified,I send them dr,licence ,electr.bill,bank statement and VISA bill(same VISAwhich I use to deposit) and look that bills must be most 3 months old,if docs are like that everything should be ok.

I think this is the site that Ronin was kindly enough to suggest opening an account because they allow U.S. players. I could be wrong, but it sounds the same. Anyway I went through a few e-mails and after so long it's not worth my time to have to jump through hoops to receive a signup bonus from some site. Maybe I'm off que here, but that's what I'm gathering your dealing with. I mean you did get to play, but are getting jerked on their bonus and their not honoring their word or allowing you to collect monies earned!
Tried to cancel this after reading your last reply so I wasted my time writing it. Other then I'm wondering what site it was Ronin referenced.
