OK - first - Hopefully I'm not too much in breach of the rules here.. This IS a trade thread.. however, it's a pretty safe one.
Basically- as I've mentioned in some other threads recently - I've been playing a lot of Stars satellites, which means a lot of my balance is generally tied up in T$.
So Stars has a built in feature to sell/trade T$ for real dollars.
Now - the only reasoning I am making this thread is because it's almost scam-proof. Basically - with T$ NO ON SENDS FIRST. What happens is this - both players put in a request for the trade - they enter in the amount of real dollars, the amount of T$ and the SN of the player they wish to transfer.. At this point, nothing happens - however - if two players enter this information and it matches EXACTLY then Stars will make the transfer. So I repeat, no one has to send anything (T$ or actual $) first - the trade will only happen if both players enter matching requests and then it will happen at the same time for each player.
So I have a bit of money in T$ - the going rate on 2+2 seems to be 99.6% to 99.7% depending on the amount.. But since I love all you mobsters I'll make it 99.5
So if anyone wants to trade their real money for T$ on a rate of .995 on the dollar, then just post the amount of T$ you want here, post your Stars SN and then also initiate the trade - as soon as I see it in this thread, I'll initiate it on my end to.

Sorry if this breaches the rules - I am hoping it doesn't simply because there's no way to scam doing this, it's designed to be handled by Stars in such a way that people can trade easily / safely with strangers. So I am hoping that because of that caveat you'll allow this.. If not - then I am quite sorry and won't make another thread like this and obviously feel free to lock it up.

LOL yeah, it's not a lot and to be honest I can go on 2+2 and have it snapped up in minutes for 99.7%
I guess though, it's a small profit for the people in the 2+2 marketplace and buy up every thing they can.. For any regular SNG/MTT player it is crazy not to do it! Over time if you're buying it a lot (and larger amounts, like $500+ a time) then you just get a little bit more profit than usual at the end of each month.

its gotta be reaching the 10 mill mark mate teehee i know it aint much but im planning on using 2.20 for a mtt in 18 mins, if you want ill do a 2.20 T trade and you will definately get more trades from me in near future as i build my roll i mostly play tournaments and like to try to stay away from cash tho atm im close to cromestar so been playin cash just to gain the remaining fpps or vpps whateva lol.

If anyone else wants it, just figure it out at that exact rate (what ever you have in real $ times by "0.995" and round down to nearest cent). Just initiate the transfer before you post, then post how much and your SN and I'll do it on my end as soon as I see it.
Not exactly a big profit to be made (although I'm happy to do a few hundred$ at a time if anyone wants) - but it still gives you a small % and profit, I mean - if you're going to play the SNG/MTT regardless, then you do this first and you get a tiny discount on the buyin and it helps me out because I need to convert the T$ to real$ so I an withdraw some too!

Yeah- this is the one really great thing about T$ - it stops you from donking away SNG/MTT winnings on the cash tables! I'm pretty happy keeping most of my balance as T$ as well, my problem is that I am pretty degenerate as you may have gathered and if I run up poker bankrolls into the thousands, I am more than capable of (and have done many times) donking off 4-figure amounts in a matter of minutes.
So - to prevent myself from donking away vast sums of money, I've long ago decided to withdraw most of my money, since it's easy enough to deposit it back on instantly with a VISA card if I need it again, but I am far less likely to donk away my money if I have to deposit it first - makes it seem more real.. So I only ever keep a few hundred on the poker sites these days and I try and withdraw most of my winnings, to keep it safely in the bank account.

hey jess don't know if your still doing this as i know you had some sucess on 2+2 but seeing as i will only be playing tournaments i thought i might as well take you up for $24.20 and you can just give me T$24.20. i have already intiated the trade.
